fmos/make writable: Mount tmpfs overlay on /usr
I use this command to mount a tmpfs filesystem on top of `/usr` using OverlayFS to temporarily make the FMOS immutable filesystem mutable. This is particularly useful for testing changes without rebuilding the image.
