Dustin 525f2b2a04 nut-monitor: Configure upsmon
`upsmon` is the component of [NUT] that monitors (local or remote) UPS
devices and reacts to changes in their state. Notably, it is
responsible for powering down the system when there is insufficient
power to the system.

Dustin 9d29961b38 hosts: Move serial0.p.b offline
It seems this machine has died and probably needs to be rebuilt.

Dustin 16d05fcfb4 hosts: Move nvr1.p.b offline
This machine is offline until I get the cameras installed at the new
house.

Dustin ee0e6873ad r/collectd-sensors: Install collectd sensors plugin
The *sensors* plugin for collectd reads temperature information from the
I²C/SMBus using *lm_sensors*. Naturally, it is only useful on physical
machines, so it is not installed or enabled by default.

Dustin 328f2fa586 hosts: Set up collectd/Prometheus on vmhosts
The groups in `hosts.offline` need to match those in `hosts`.
Specifically, the *collectd* group needs to be a child of the
*collectd-prometheus* group so that the *write_prometheus* plugin is
installed and configured on hosts defined in this inventory file.

Dustin 6c705f54af hosts: vmhost1: Switch to systemd-networkd
Using *systemd-networkd* to configure network interfaces on *vmhost0* is
working really well. It is decidedly more stable than *dhcpcd* was, and
certainly easier to work with than NetworkManager. Let's go ahead and
switch *vmhost1* as well.

Dustin 3f49175c1d host: vmhost0: Set host-specific network config
*vmhost0.pyrocufflink.blue* no longer uses `dhcpcd` for network
configuration, but *systemd-networkd*.

The host-specific network settings for a VM host include the
configuration for the management interface, as well as the configuration
of the physical ports that make up the bonded interfaces.

Dustin 2708dfe3f2 r/systemd-networkd: Role to configure networkd
*systemd-networkd* is (currently) my preferred way to manage network
interfaces on machines running Fedora. The *systemd-networkd* role
provides a generic way to configure network links, devices, and
interfaces, using Ansible variables to generate network unit
configuration files.

Dustin 19f0d713f4 hosts: Move koji0.p.b to offline
I doubt I will be using Koji much if at all any more. In preparation
for decommissioning it, I am moving the Koji inventory to hosts.offline,
to prevent Jenkins jobs from failing.

Dustin c7e4810abd hosts: Move burp0, taiga0 to offline
These machines are deprecated. burp1 has replaced burp0. Nextcloud Deck
seems to be just as useful as Taiga.

Dustin 50396c88d4 hosts: Mark vmhost0 offline
*vmhost0.pyrocufflink.blue* is currently offline for maintenance. To
avoid the unending stream of failed continuous enforcement Jenkins jobs,
it has been removed from the main inventory file and moved to "offline"
inventory.

Dustin 171edd72d9 hosts: Move vmhost1.p.b to hosts.offline
Because *vmhost1.pyrocufflink.blue* is usually sleeping, continuous
enforcement jobs always fail. By keeping it in a separate inventory
file, configuration policy can still be applied to it manually, but it
will be ignored by continuous enforcement.
