hosts: vmhost1: Switch to systemd-networkd

Using *systemd-networkd* to configure network interfaces on *vmhost0* is working really well. It is decidedly more stable than *dhcpcd* was, and certainly easier to work with than NetworkManager. Let's go ahead and switch *vmhost1* as well.
