In self-hosted environments, users may want to point to an internal website or Wiki for Taiga support. - Add a configuration option named "supportUrl", akin to privacyPolicyUrl and termsOfServiceUrl. - Set its default to https://tree.taiga.io/support/ to mirror the previous behavior.
