Dustin	2867210d38	phpipam: Pin to MariaDB 10.9.3 Using the latest tag for MariaDB is particularly problematic, as a new version of the container may be pulled when the pod is scheduled on a different host. MariaDB will not start in this case, as it recognizes that the data on disk need to be upgraded.
