vmdesc: Add minimal support for CPU model selection 

The `cpu` property of `VirtualMachine` objects indicates the value of
the `mode` attribute of the `cpu` element in the domain XML
configuration. The possible values are

* host-model (default)
* host-passthrough
* custom
