nextcloud: Do not auto-update Nextcloud

Nextcloud usually (always?) wants the `occ upgrade` command to be run
after an update.  If the *nextcloud* package gets updated along with
the rest of the OS, Nextcloud will be down until I manually run that
command hours/days later.
