Subject: [PATCH] hosts: Add pikvm-nvr2.m.p.b

This is a Raspberry Pi 2 with HDMI-CSI adapter and Raspberry Pi Pico,
connected to _nvr2.pyrocufflink.blue_, as the latter does not have a
serial console.
