hosts: remove hass{1,db0}.p.b

*hass1.pyrocufflink.blue* and *hassdb0.pyrocufflink.blue* were part of
the old Home Assistant deployment.  Everything has been migrated to
*hass2.pyrocufflink.blue*, so these machines can be decommissioned now.
