nextcloud: Fetch HTTPS cert from Kubernetes

Since Nextcloud uses the _pyrocufflink.net_ wildcard certificate, we can load it directly from the Kubernetes Secret, rather than from the file in the _certs_ submodule, just like Gitea et al.
