roles/net-ifaces: Configure virtual net interfaces

The *net-ifaces* role manages a script that creates virtual network
interfaces, such as bridge, bond, and VLAN, that `dhcpcd`/`dhclient`
alone cannot. This provides a lightweight alternative to
*systemd-networkd* and *NetworkMangager*.
